8 things to take with you when traveling

You have been waiting for your holiday all year, then why darken it with possible illnesses during a planned trip? Put these eight necessary things in a travel bag or suitcase – consider this to be your must-have travel kit. And without it anywhere!

● First Aid Kit
It should have a bandage, antiseptic wipes and other essentials, especially if you are going to spend your holidays in nature. If you are flying with a first-aid kit in your carry-on baggage, check that there may not be security control at the airport (some medications and sharp objects) from its composition.

● Earplugs for flight
If you experience discomfort and pain in the ears during takeoff and landing, ear plugs or earplugs help regulate pressure, and they can be a real salvation for you. Many tourists also consider them a necessary thing during hiking in mountainous areas. Include them in your travel kit.

● Pill organizer
If at home you have already got the hang of keeping track of your medication schedule, then traveling may be more difficult, especially if you are in a different time zone. The organizer for tablets can literally become your savior, and it does not take up much space.

● Sunscreen
Excessive tanning not only causes burns and pain, but also overheating of the body. Therefore, sunscreen or lotion must be at your fingertips. If you plan on scuba diving, do good to the environment and choose a safe sunscreen that does not contain chemicals (such as oxybenzone) that are harmful to corals.

● Nose spray
Low humidity in the cockpit of the aircraft can dry the mucous membranes of the nose. On top of that, it can make you more susceptible to bacteria and germs. Therefore, constantly moisturize the nose with a saline nasal spray during long flights. Also useful if you suddenly feel that you have a runny nose. Therefore, place the spray there – in your travel kit.

● Antibacterial hand gel and wipes
Around you are really VERY many bacteria and germs that are on all surfaces. Wipe the TV remote control in your hotel room, handrails, handles, and even the seat on the plane with an antibacterial cloth. Antibacterial gel, in turn, will come in handy when you eat on the go. Well, or you can not wash your hands well before eating.

● Compression socks
During long flights, you are at high risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). And this is a very dangerous condition in which a blood clot forms in a vein (usually in the foot). Compression socks are an excellent means for prevention, and they support blood circulation in the legs.

● Insect repellent
Mosquitoes, ticks, bedbugs and other creeping creatures can carry a lot of the most unpleasant diseases from malaria to Zika virus. Traveling around not very safe in this area? Be sure to put insect repellent in your travel kit to use it during the trip. Also, consider making your shoes and clothes a special spray. Fllytothesky.ru
